Graphite Drawings
I created all of these drawings in a class taught at Evergreen by Tonya Kehoe. This class was challenging for me as I had little formal experience before going into it. I left a more confident artist ready to improve and take the techniques learned to apply them to other areas of art that I am interested in.

This bridge was the first home assignment we had in this class. We had to do three different versions of it and this one was the one I was the happiest with.
For this assignment we had to chose between a series of still life setups and draw them. I picked the one I did because I wanted to challenge myself with the black bottle. I think I could have done better with but was happy with what I learned by attempting it.
This last image was one of the pieces I made for my final. I made a series of three drawings based off of my experience living in England on an American airforce base as a teenager. The drawing depicts a building I saw on the base whose purpose confused me. I also tried to visual show how it the fighter jets in sets of three constantly talking off physical felt.
